Justin and his team were great. Initially I asked them to come and uninstall my toilets and dishwasher due to getting new flooring done. As we were talking, Justin mentioned while he’d be happy to re-install the old ones, given my toilets and dishwasher were 14 years old, it would be beneficial to replace them if I could as it wouldn’t cost that much more for them to install the new ones.  This was great advice and I’m so glad I did it. They had to do some problem-solving due to the original plumbing (not done by them) but Justin talked me through everything and they spent the day making sure everything was sorted. They even offered to break down the old toilets for me so they were easier to dispose of.

Discovered we had water leak in between an outer brick wall and the plaster wall of our double story home that was dripping water into the ceiling of our kitchen on the lower floor. Sent Justin a message late on Saturday night and we spoke on Sunday and arranged he would be at our house 9.00am Monday. Justin arrived on time with Max and after carefully removing only two bricks 3 meters up the wall to get to the leaking pipe repaired the pinhole in the pipe without difficulty.
This is the second time we have had Justin work on our property and both times have found him to be a very diligent, professional, super knowledgeable and honest person to deal with as well as being a genuinely good human being.

We recently experienced a sudden burst pipe in our front yard and needed urgent assistance. After some research, we called Justin late on a Sunday evening. He was not only professional but also upfront about the potential costs and the work needed.

Justin and his apprentice Max arrived first thing the next morning. They worked efficiently and made sure to explain each step to us, including the need to use a jackhammer to access the burst pipe. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up the yard beautifully after finishing.

What really stood out were their reasonable prices and the fact that there was no call-out fee, which is a rare find these days. Justin was very quick to respond to my call for an emergency hot water service repair.
He even sourced the part before coming and had the hot water system working by the end of the day so we had hot water to use in this cold weather!  He was polite and kept us informed of the progress of the repair until completion.
